Medicare Claims Express (MCE) is a submission software package that provides you with the capability to transmit Medicare Part B claims electronically in the American National Standard Institute (ANSI) X12 format. MCE is designed for use on a stand-alone personal computer and is not recommended for network use.

MCE is not compatible with Windows Vista.

Complete the Trading Partner Agreement as soon as possible. To order the software, download the Software Order Form. Print, complete, and mail the form. An online manual is provided in the "Help" section of the MCE software.
