Denial Management Focus
Group Update
As a part of our ongoing efforts to offer providers innovative educational
programs, Pinnacle Medicare Services began conducting Denial Management Focus
Group sessions in late 2005. These three hour interactive sessions provide
participants the opportunity to proactively address and discuss their claims
denial rates with their Contractor. Overall regional results along with best
practices related to decreasing denial rates are discussed in detail.
