Customer Service Training Program Call Center Closing Times

To better serve the provider community, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is allowing Provider Contact Centers across the nation to conduct customer service training during normal business hours. The Medicare Program is very complex with continuous changes and this initiative will help prepare Provider Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) to give quality answers to substantive Medicare related questions or inquiries.

Pinnacle Business Solutions, Inc. the Medicare Part A Intermediary for the States of Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi will be participating in this program. We have developed a comprehensive training plan that includes closing our Provider Contact Center for up to eight hours each month. The following closure dates are scheduled for January 2010 and February 2010. Please view the Holiday Schedule for additional closing dates.

Pinnacle Medicare Services offices will be closed on the following holidays listed below. Our Provider Contact Center will be closed for receiving incoming calls. The Provider Contact Center will also be closed for up to eight hours each month. Please view the Customer Service Training Program-Call Center Closing Times for these dates and times.
